vanilla protein powder

milk (any kind, as needed)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, stir together rolled oats, almond flour, and vanilla protein powder.
Add in the softened cream cheese, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.
If the dough is too dry or crumbly, gradually add 1–2 tbsp of milk until it’s smooth and moldable.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands.
Place the balls on a parchment-lined plate or tray.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
