Instructions
Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pie dish and refrigerate.
Beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into cream cheese mixture.
Spoon cream mixture into the chilled crust. Arrange peach slices on top. If desired, warm preserves and brush over peaches for a glaze.
Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight. Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
For the best flavor, use fresh peaches. If using canned peaches, ensure they are well-drained.
