Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 to 4 cups sliced fresh peaches (or drained canned peaches)
  • 2 tablespoons tablespoons peach preserves or apricot jam (optional, for glaze) optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pie dish and refrigerate.
  • Beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into cream cheese mixture.
  • Spoon cream mixture into the chilled crust. Arrange peach slices on top. If desired, warm preserves and brush over peaches for a glaze.
  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

For the best flavor, use fresh peaches. If using canned peaches, ensure they are well-drained.
