Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • 1 piece bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Sesame seeds
  • for garnish Green onions sliced

Instructions
 

  • Mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Add chicken, toss to coat, and marinate 15 minutes.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  • Sauté garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and broccoli for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  • Return chicken to skillet, add remaining marinade, and cook 2-3 minutes until heated through. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

Notes

Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
