Instructions
Mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Add chicken, toss to coat, and marinate 15 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and broccoli for 5-7 minutes until tender.
Return chicken to skillet, add remaining marinade, and cook 2-3 minutes until heated through. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
