Instructions
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350ºF.
Cook Beef: Brown the ground beef until fully cooked, then drain excess fat.
Add Seasoning: Stir in taco seasoning, then add diced tomatoes and green chiles. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Prepare Mixture: Mix shredded cheddar cheese and Ranch dressing, then combine with taco meat.
Assemble Tarts: Spoon the mixture into phyllo tart shells. Freeze if desired.
Bake: Bake filled tarts at 350ºF for 8-10 minutes, adding 2-3 minutes if frozen.
Notes
For an extra crispy texture, bake the phyllo tart shells for 2-3 minutes before filling and baking.
