Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 Vidalia Sweet Onions peeled and sliced into ¼-inch thick rounds
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter cut into pats for even distribution
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 cup Italian Blend Cheese finely shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese finely shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese finely shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Slice the Vidalia sweet onions into ¼-inch thick rounds.
  • Lay the onion rounds evenly across the base of the prepared baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the onions with salt, garlic powder, and oregano.
  • Place the pats of butter evenly across the onion rounds.
  • Sprinkle the Italian blend cheese, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese evenly over the onions.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
